The intelligent pipe-cutting machine feeder needs to stop pressing the stop button while it is running, to wait until the machine stops before turning off the power,
and not to turn off the power suddenly while running, because the stepping motor and the servomotor are still moving forward because of inertia in the moment when the power is cut off.
But plc has no memory function after power off, so the position of servo and step is wrong. Only in emergency, can the power be cut off directly.
